Biff (a 1950s throwback) often appears alone with Sparky the Wonder Penguin, expressing a naive conservative opinion which invariably prompts an exasperated liberal rebuttal from the aquatic, flightless bird who originated in the southern hemisphere. Sparky wears a version of the Inuit snow goggles, but Spark's goggles ward off bull$hit blindness. Unlike most Dumbos/Teabaggers, Biff admits to having "a cold, dead brain" that clutches his belief system. That is a common trait among Dumbos/Teabaggers: they all have cold, dead brains. And, to paraphrase the gonzo-master, Dr. Hunter S. Thompson: they are scum, without exception. If this is a (fair & balanced) consideration of extraneous or impure matter in the body politic, so be it.
