Even though April the Oneth has passed, as long as we have Dumbos/Teabaggers on the loose, every day is Fools' Day. The proof of the pudding is found in today's "This Modern World" 'toon. Tom Tomorrow takes no prisoners in his depiction of the shibboleths of our day. Just as FDR outlived the rightwingers on the Court who struck down the National Industrial Recovery Act in Schechter Poultry Corporation v. United States (1935), let the present Court learn from that example. If this is a (fair & balanced) wish for five funerals among the current Justices, so be it.
