Tom Tomorrow (Dan Perkins) Has Discovered An Explanation Of The Current Immigration Policy On The US Border With Mexico — Zombies!

Within the e-mail that brought today's TMW 'toon, Dan/Tom wrote:

Hey all,

It is really difficult these days to come with an absurd satirical premise that isn't quickly outdone by reality itself, but I'm pretty happy with this one.

Sending this out a bit early, but please remember not to share in public until it goes live on Daily Kos on Monday morning!

Thanks all,
Dan/Tom

This Modern World's resident mad scientist, Dr. Wilbur von Philbert, in his white lab coat, has created an airborne virus in his underground lab that transforms members of the. party of the HA (Horse's A$$) in the Oval Office (Hint:the party name begins with R.) into zombies. And, in a common iteration of this horror-culture meme, Tom/Dan uses the common interpretation of zombies who eat the brains of their human victims. So, the political party that slavishly supports the HA have become zombies who rip infants from the arms of their mothers and fathers, who place children separated from their parents in cages and worse. In the version portrayed in today's 'toon, the zombies in the Oval Office and the US Congress are shown as the living dead. If this is a (fair & balanced) explanation of the inhuman behavior of the HA and his minions, so be it.
