♫ Can't Gitmo Satisfaction ♬

The brouhaha over the recent POW exchange has brought the temporary detention facility at the U.S. Naval Base in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba. Camp X-Ray was given its name by the U.S. Marine prison administrators because the military shorthand had already utilized A-W and X was the next available letter on the list. Tom Tomorrow gives us the state of the Gitmo debate in an imaginary colloquy between Chuckles the Sensible Woodchuck and Sparky the Wonder Penguin. Sparky is still wearing his Inuit-style goggles to ward off bull$hit-blindness. Chuckles is still wearing his sensible red bow tie and dark-frame glasses. In the meantme, Gitmo (in Marine parlance) is a national disgrace. If this is (fair & balanced) geopolitical bankruptcy, so be it.
