Trump has been pretty… agitated… for someone who’s been completely exonerated, so it seemed like a good moment for the return of the Unbelievable Trump. As the Democratic primary begins in earnest, I suppose that will provide some opportunity to pivot away from the orange rage monster, though that’s its own minefield — every candidate has hardcore supporters, and the mildest criticism of any of them elicits a ton of angry feedback, basically summarized as DO YOU WANT TRUMP TO WIN??? The answer to which *should* be readily apparent to anyone with a passing familiarity with my work over the past two or three years, but you know, that cartoon about your preferred candidate is definitely gonna be the thing that tilts the outcome. Honestly I don’t have strong feelings about any specific Democrat so far, with the exception of Joe Biden, who I really wish were not in the race. Anyway, it’s all nonstop fun! (Which reminds me of something my five year old nephew used to say to me: “Stop using your dry humor, Uncle Dan!”)
Thanks to those of you who took part in my beta test of the signed prints — you should be receiving them soon, if you haven’t already. I had a few tweaks to figure out — for instance, I forgot to charge for postage! To quote the eternal wisdom of Homer Simpson, d’oh. I’m going to wait another week before releasing another batch though — I have company in from out of town for part of next week, and need to focus on my primary task in life, staring in horror at the American political system and writing a few jokes about it. But I should have it up and running soon, and will continue to give Sparky’s List subscribers first priority and a discount on the price.
Oh by the way, sincere thanks to all the amateur proofreaders on the list. I can’t even tell you how many times you’ve saved me from going live with a typo that my tired, end-of-the-week brain just didn’t register. It happened again last week! I appreciate the help, and I’m honestly not sure what I did before I started this thing up.

The premise of "The Incredible Hulk" was that "Dr. Bruce Banner, a brilliant nuclear physicist, who is exposed to extremely strong gamma radiation in his lab. As a result, Banner develops into a large, green creature with superhuman powers. Whenever Banner becomes angry he turns into the Hulk." In "This Modern World", the "Incredible tRump" is not green, but orange, and is shirtless except for a shirt collar and a red tie Aside from those differences, the HA (Horse's A$$) in the Oval Office becomes the "Incredible tRump" when angered. (This blogger offers an H/T to a reader of this blog who taught the blogger to spell the HA's name as "tRump" because Rump is synonymous with A$$. The "Incredible tRump" was not exposed to gamma radiation, but he is transformed by dangerous levels of exposure to bull$hit gas. If that is a (fair & balanced) explanation of a comic book presidency, so be it.
