The Plotz Thickens!

Give me a break! Some NPR listener from Georgia wants Plotz to sample Alabama barbecue, Georgia barbecue, and South Carolina barbecue. Hell, why doesn't Plotz do all 50 states? Talk about heartburn! If this is (fair & balanced) gourmandry, so be it.
