Our Fuelishness

"You may fool all the people some of the time, you can even fool some of the people all of the time, but you cannot fool all of the people all the time.”
-A. Lincoln
"Fool me once
Shame on you
Fool me twice
Shame on me."
-Chinese Proverb.
Our Idiot in Chief, The Dubster, has fooled us twice: 2000 and 2004. Thank God, Greyhound, and the 22nd Amendment, he'll be gone on January 20, 2009. May the screen door at the White House not strike him on his stupid ass on the way out the door, either.

In the meantime, our own fuelishness has been repeated not once, not twice, not thrice, but quince? (It may be a fruit, but we are a nation of fruitcakes when it comes to our fuelishness!) If this is (fair & balanced) self-flagellation, so be it.
