A Real Hunger Game

Senator Randal Howard "Rand" Paul (R-KY) is a jackleg opthamologist in Bowling Green, KY. Recently, Senator Paul turned a blind eye at the recent Dumbo/Moron shenanigans with the budget and tried to rationalize the cuts to SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program aka "food stamps") with a "Let them eat cake" rationale. May the kindhearted opthamologist end his days in hunger. If this is (fair & balanced) mental malnutrition, so be it.
