Today, Tom Tomorrow Is A Real Pill

John Rock (1890-1984) is best known for the major role he played in the development of the first hormonal contraceptive, colloquially called "the pill." Rock, an OB-GYN, produced the oral contraceptive in 1957 and it was approved by the FDA as a birth control method in 1960. The ever-timely SCOTUS ruled in Griswold v. Connecticut (1965) that anti-birth control state laws were unconstitutional. However, in 2014, the Dumbos would turn the clock back to the days when birth control drugs were not available. To the Dumbo mind, sex for pleasure is wrong, wrong, wrong. The BF(-word of your choice)I thundered on his radio show about the a young woman college student who testified in a Congressional hearing that she used the birth control pill: "She's a slut." In today's 'toon, Biff — male anchor on the Action McNews show in TomorrowWorld — is out on the street interviewing a young woman who takes the pill. 'Tis a pity that the mothers of Biff and the BFI weren't on the pill before either of those idiots were born. If this is a (fair & balanced) wish for a Dumbo/Moron eugenics program, so be it.
